1. Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) is an electricity distribution company in Pakistan. Bids are invited for the supply of computer, scanner and firewall to establish E-office for data sharing between FESCO and the Ministry of Energy.
2. Sealed Tender on the basis of Single-stage two envelopes (Technical, Financial) are invited from well-reputed firms having sufficient experience.
3. A complete set of Bidding Documents (RFP) may be purchased by any interested bidder on the submission of a written application to the undersigned and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Pakistani Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees two thousand only). Bidding documents will be available up to 04-01-2022 (Tuesday) during office hours.
4, Bidders may obtain further information from the office of Director General (IT), FESCO Computer Centre, West Canal Road, and Abdullahpur Faisalabad. (0345-1500515).
5. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Pakistani Rs.:50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand only) in the shape of bank draft/pay order in favour of CEO FESCO issued by any Scheduled Bank of Pakistan in the form specified in the Bidding Documents, along with the Sales Tax Registration Certificate and NTN. The unconditional bid should be valid up to 180 days from the date of bid opening.
6. A Pre-bid Conference will be held on 29-12-2021 (Wednesday) at 11:30 A.M. (if required) in the office of the Director-General (IT), FESCO Computer Centre, West Canal Road, Abdullahpur Faisalabad.
7. The bids must be delivered to the office of the undersigned up to 11:00A.M. on 05-01-2022 (Wednesday). The bids shall be opened at 11:30 am on the same day. Any bid received after the indicated time shall be rejected.
8. Conditional bids or bids without original Bid Security in the technical bid envelope shall not be accepted.
9. FESCOreserves all rights to reject any/ all proposals or bids prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal without assigning any reasons as per the Rules and Regulations under the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Ordinance, 2004.
