According to the PMC admission regulations dated June 04-2021, Rahbar Medical & Dental College (RMDC) is inviting applications for seeking admissions (open merit) in 1st Year MBBS (Session 2021-22) from all over Pakistan. RMDC has “Category A" recognition by Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC) and is affiliated with the University of Health Sciences (UHS), Lahore.
Campus: Free Wifi, Air-Conditioned Lecture Halls and Laboratories, indoor and outdoor Sports Ground, Gymnasium, Hostel facilities within campus premises.
Teaching Hospital: 500 bedded Punjab Rangers Teaching Hospital, located adjacent to the College, providing tertiary care medical facilities to the patients as per the requirement of PMC.
Eligibility:
As per PMC admission regulations, an applicant shall be eligible having fulfilled the following mandatory criteria:
i) Have passed the MDCAT Examination conducted by the National Medical Authority.
ii) Obtained a Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) or an equivalent 12th Grade qualification recognized in Pakistan and has more than 65% marks therein or a higher percentage as may be notified by the Medical & Dental Council.
iii) Passed the subjects of Biology and Chemistry and either Physics or Mathematics in the examination of the Higher Secondary School Certificate or an equivalent 12th Grade a qualification recognized in Pakistan.
How to Apply:
Interested applicants shall apply through an Online Portal through the RMDC website, Online Registration Form will be available with the Online Challan Form and Deposit Slip of Rs. 1,000/- as Application Fee (link available on the website). Online Registration will start from July 01, 2021.

1. Bidding could be carried out by using adopting the “unmarried degree Envelopes (SSTE)" technique as in step with Clause-38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rule-2014
2. The bid will be an unmarried bundle such as separate envelopes, containing one by one the economic and technical proposals.
3. The envelopes shall be marked as “Financial proposal” and “Téchnical Proposal"
4. In the first instance technical proposal shall be opened and evaluated as per the criteria
given in bidding documents.
5. After the technical assessment and approval of the technical suggestion, soft establishing
committee of GCUF will open the financial bids only of the technically qualified bidders on
the date, time, and venue communicated later.
6. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 15-07-2021 at 11.00 a.m at site office New Campus, GCUF.
7. The bidders shall bid for the complete scope of work as specified in bidding documents.
Incomplete bids or bids covering the partial scope of work will be rejected.
8. The acceptance/rejection of bids shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules - 2014.
9. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the university website (www.acuf.edu.pk) after
publication in the newspapers.
10. The technical proposal must be accompanied by a tender fee in the shape of Pay order / Bank
Draft of Rs.10,000/-(Non-refundable) from any scheduled bank in favor of Project Director, Government College University Faisalabad.
11.Financial proposal must be accompanied by bid security i.e 2% of the estimated cost
(Refundable) inside the form of irrevocable financial institution guarantee or CDR of the quantity particular from any scheduled bank in favor of Project Director, Government College University Faisalabad
12, The last date for submission of technical/financial proposal to the undersigned is up to 27-07-2021 at 11:00 am through registered courier / postal services or by hand and Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am’ by the Tender Opening Committee in the presence of intending contractors or their representatives.
