Parks and Horticulture Authority Lahore invites the sealed tenders from the approved contractors/firms having a good experience, financial position enlisted with the Income Tax Department with the active NTN No of the following work
1.The tenders can be obtained from the office of Director Horticulture (Zone-IV), Samanabad Sports Arena during the working hours after the advertisement.
2.The tenders will be received by 11.00 am on 28-07-2021. Procurement shall be made through single-stage envelop procedure as per PPRA Rules
3. No tender will be entertained without providing 2% earnest money in the shape of CDR in favor of Parks and Horticulture Authority Lahore. The tenders will be opened by the constituted committee in the presence of bidders or their an authorized representative at 11.30 a.m on 28-07-2021 in the office of the undersigned who wish to participate
4. After the stipulated time, no tender will be entertained.
5. If the bid is less than the permissible limit, the bidder will have to deposit the performance security at the time of award of work from the scheduled bank as per law.
6. The procurement shall be completed under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 on a single-stage envelope procedure.
7. No applications are going to be entertained through post/courier for issuance of tender.
