1. NHA Invites sealed bids from eligible bidders who can prove their eligibility and Qualifications as mentioned in the Bidding Documents for the captioned subject. The Estimated cost and the other brief of the project are mentioned below.
2. Bidding will be accomplished via adopting the “unmarried level Envelopes” manner
Bidders are required to be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council) with a valid
registration certificate in category C-five or above for the 12 months 2021 having specialized
Code CR-O1 & CE-10.
3. Bidders can download bidding documents from the NHA website. The Bidders are advised
to go to the website before submission of bids. Bids will be obtained in NHA nearby workplace conference Room, Lahore on July 27, 2021, until 1100 Hours. Bidders’ representatives might be required to offer the “Authority to submit the Bid whilst filing the bids.
The Envelope containing “Technical Bid” could be opened on an equal day at 1130 Hours within the presence of Bidders/their authorized representatives who pick out to attend. 2nd Envelop containing “*Financially Bid of Technically certified Bidder(s) can be opened later, the date of if you want to be communicated after assessment of the Technical Bids.
