1- Sealed Tenders are invited for distribution of Electricity Bills under the jurisdiction of MEPCO Operation Circle Sahiwal from WAPDA / MEPCO approved contractors as well as from the well-reputed interested Courier firms for a period of two years extendable subject to satisfactory performance.
2- Contractors are required to submit the single-stage envelope for a financial bid.
3- Tender documents can be obtained from the office of Executive Engineer (OP), MEPCO (OP) Division 2”? Sahiwal under Superintending Engineer, MEPCO (OP) Circle Sahiwal on payment of Rs.2,000/- (non-refundable) per tender on any working day during office hours up to 26.07.2021 from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM. After this, no tender will be sold.
4- Tenders shall be submitted on 27.07.2021 till 10.00 AM and will be opened on the same date at 10:30 AM in the office of Superintending Engineer, MEPCO (OP) Circle Sahiwal in the presence of contractors/firms or their authorized representative. No conditional tender will be accepted.
5- Distribution of Electricity Bills under the jurisdiction of MEPCO (OP) Circle Sahiwal (detail of Sub Divisions is as under).
6- Earnest money in the shape of a call at a deposit of Rs.2,00,000/- per (OP) Division issued from scheduled Banks be deposited before taking/purchasing tender documents.
7- All prevailing Federal & Provisional Government taxes will be applicable.
8- Income Tax Returns for the last three years will be required and all contractors must be registered with Punjab Revenue Authority as well as with FBR as the active payer.
9- Contractors would provide on nonjudicial paper that their firms are not involved in litigation and not blacklisted by any Company/department duly attested by Oath Commissioner.
10- Unsealed / improper sealed / incomplete / conditional bid / rate offered will be rejected straight way.
11- The successful Bidders shall deposit surety bond/bank guarantee issued by Scheduled Bank or Insurance Company has a rating of the category of A @ of Rs.10,00,000/- (1 million) per (OP) Division.

13- The undersigned under Rule-33 of PPRA Rules has the right to reject tender/bids at any time without specifying any reason.
