The Directorate General of Sports Balochistan invites bids from eligible Bidders for supply of the following Tentage services and decorations for Pakistan's National Days mega Sports events, All Pakistan Football Gold Cup tournament, Beach Games, Divisional Games, District Games, and all other sports activities during the current financial year 2021-22. Bid Security 2% And Tender fee Rs.1000/- for the work.
1. Sports Items (Shamiana, Carpets, Jhalar, Chairs, 25.00M chair covers, Qanat, VIP Sofa, ordinary Sofa, Tables, Table covers, Stage tables, carpets, Pedestal Fans, Floorstanding A.C, water coolers and decorations for opening and closing ceremonies, etc.
Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 Eligibility of Bidders: The bidder must have completed at least two assignments of similar nature of work in the last three financial years. The bidders must have completed the same nature of work to the tune of Rs. 2.0 million in last one financial year.
Turnover of at least PKR 3.0 million in last one financial year showing the financial capacity of the firm. The bidder must have Tent service/ Catering shop and experience in dealing with the supply of Tentage services and decorations to Government and non Government organizations. Registration with relevant taxation departments. The bidder is not blacklisted at any stage.
The bidder must provide required services in different venues of sports events scheduled for the entire financial year. Bid Security: The bids must accompany Bid Security in the form of a Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee of the amount specified above in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank.
